Nitecore NU32

The Nitecore NU32 is apowerful USB rechargeable LED headlamp with multi-led sources featuringbright white, warmer white and red light. The large capacity 1800mAh built-in battery is one of the best in the ultra-lightweight headlamp segment. The headlamp is especially suitable for orienteering and other sports and hiking activities.

The NU32 is based on the popular NU30 model and boasts higher power, lower weight and optimized thermal regulation.

The NU32 has a maximum lightoutput of 550 lumens, a range of up to 125 meters and a long light duration of up to 330 hourson a single charge (on low mode). Very light weight of only 76g. The beam angle is a high 100° and the tilt angle of the lamp is 60°.

The primary LED (XP-G2 S3 chip) with warmer white light offers 4 light levels - Turbo 550lm / High 190l / Mid 33lm / UltrLow 1lm. Furthermore, the luminaire has two additional CRI chips with a bright white light of 19 lumen. The red additional LED chip has a power of 9 lumen and can be used for example when cycling as a rear flasher or for other purposes. The lifetime of the Turbo mode is dependent on the cooling rate and the output in this mode is regulated according to the temperature of the lamp body. The electronics include a low battery indicator, by changing the colour of the backlight of the main button. Among the functions there is also a practical locking mode to avoid activation and lighting up e. g. in a pocket or backpack.

The headlamp can be charged from any USB source - PC, laptop, POWERBANK, mobile phone charger (micro-USB). The charging connector is hidden under a dust and waterproof cover. A great advantage is the possibility of operation even when charging from the powerbank.
