Lightweight and compact
When tracking, every gram of hunting equipment is known. Using the Proton XQ30 front sight is simple and intuitive no matter what day scope the front sight is mounted on - day scope, monocular or even binocular. The compact Proton FXQ30 weighs 370 grams. Which has almost no effect on the balance of your gun.

Highly sensitive microbolometer
The microbolometer with a NETD value <40mK ensures perfect detail even in the harshest of low-contrast climates. The smallest temperature differences will be clearly visible even in rain, fog, cold mornings and other difficult conditions.

Durable, Reliable, All-Metal
Proton FXQ30 presets feature durable yet lightweight all-metal magnesium alloy construction. The parts and components of the forestay are manufactured with precision accuracy, guaranteeing years of flawless operation in a variety of climatic conditions and deployment even in difficult terrain.

Quick release adapter
A specially designed PSP adapter is used to attach the fore-end to the sight. At one end, the adapter is attached to the KRYPTON front sight via a safety thread and at the other end it is mounted on the day sight. The Krypton can be detached from the scope in seconds. The precision positioning mechanism allows perfect alignment of the image in the sight's field of view and provides maximum viewing comfort. An important feature is that the adapter remains mounted even when using the front sight to observe with the Pulsar 5x30B monocular.

Rifle Point Preservation
Precision optics, original mounting and software will ensure that the Rifle Point is preserved when using the Krypton front sight with a day scope. After mounting the Proton front sight, the shooter does not need to make any corrections to the sight crosshairs of the day sight.

Monocular 5x30B
Monocular turns the fore-end into a full-featured thermal imaging observation device. The monocular can be lightning fast mounted and released from the nosepiece with a simple twist in the bayonet joint. Also, the 5x30 monocular can be used as a day observation telescope with 5x magnification. The 5x30B monocular is a part of the Proton XQ30 pre-fit kit and can be purchased separately with the Proton FXQ30.

No worries even for large calibers
The mechanical recoil resistance of the 6,000J mechanical recoil-resistant handguard ensures its complete reliability and functionality on large caliber guns, such as .375 H&H, 12-gauge and 9.3x64, etc.

"Image Boost" function
The "IMAGE BOOST" function is a software image processing function exclusively designed for Pulsar thermal imaging instruments. "IMAGE BOOST" significantly increases the sharpness of thermal object contours and produces images with unmatched image sharpness quality for Pulsar thermal imaging instruments.

Photo and Video Recorder
The built-in video recorder is a great help for capturing and preserving unique memories. One press of the REC button creates a recording that you can share with friends. The built-in 16Gb memory is used to store hours of video footage or take thousands of pictures. Video is saved with audio, so you can add your own commentary to the footage.

Full-colour HD AMOLED display
The full-colour display uses AMOLED technology, which provides high contrast between white and black, and displays in very vivid colours. AMOLED technology also has the advantage of smooth display without slowdown even at very low temperatures and energy saving.

Stream Vision app
Using Wi-Fi, you can connect the ¨Proton FXQ to your smartphone or tablet and use the Stream Vision mobile app to watch the image directly on your phone screen, download recorded videos and photos, remotely control the front panel, update the software and use many other useful functions.

8 Color Palettes
In different viewing conditions, it is advisable to use different color combinations to display the image. The Proton FXQ 30 thermal imaging forehead offers up to 8 colour display palettes. While the classic "White Hot" mode is extremely versatile, the "Hot Black" mode is often preferred for detecting wildlife at night. Red monochrome reduces glare and fatigue to the observer's eye at night. Sepia color often improves long distance observation, while "Red Hot", "Rainbow" and "Ultramarine" render temperature differences of different objects better. Purple helps to identify objects more quickly.

B-Pack MINI Power System with APS5
The Proton FXQ uses the B-Pack mini system for power, which consists of the APS5 quick-change rechargeable battery pack that provides the instrument with 6 hours of power. The device also allows external power supply via a USB Type-C connector, where a conventional PowerBank, for example, can be connected.

Wireless remote control
The ergonomic Pulsar BT remote control with encoder gives you easy one-handed operation of the Proton FXQ.

Waterproof IPX7
