The Deramax-Klasik scarecrow generates specific ultrasonic signals which are very unpleasant for martens, mice, squeakers, etc., so that they leave the protected area after a short time. Thanks to sophisticated wiring and the use of quality components, one 9 V battery will keep the device running for up to 6 - 12 months.

Safety and comfort of operation of the Deramax-Klasik scarecrow

Deramax-Klasik operates in the ultrasonic range, does not disturb its surroundings with annoying noise and is completely silent. This scarecrow of course complies with the legal limits set for the maximum ultrasound level, but our internal rules go beyond the applicable laws and also take into account current medical scientific work and the recommendations of the international health organisation in relation to the use of ultrasound signals, and thus the complete safety of the users of this scarecrow is assured. At the same time, this marten and rodent scare has no negative impact on domestic or farm animals such as dogs, cats, horses, poultry, exotic birds, etc.

Efficiency range of the Deramax-Klasik

The range of effectiveness of this bite and rodent scarer is up to 150 m² when used indoors, depending on the size of the room (the ultrasonic signal does not penetrate building materials). When used outdoors, the range is up to 11 metres at an angle of approx. 140 degrees. The Deramax-Klasik ultrasonic scarecrow and mouse repeller can be used both indoors and outdoors. The scarecrow not only has a high power but the special design of the device ensures a very wide effective angle of 140 degrees, while even at the limit of the declared angle of incidence (i. e. outside the main direction of signal emission) the scarecrow still generates at least 80% of the declared sound pressure level.

Any number of scarecrows may be placed in one location and their signals shall not be adversely affected. On the contrary, it is common to use multiple scarecrows for the protection of particularly larger or more rugged areas, as a larger number of scarecrows (repellers) installed in one location means a significantly higher overall effectiveness.
