The cut and pocket layout keep the pockets civilian enough not to reveal the wearer's identity, while still allowing for the wearing of full tactical gear. An elasticated belt with Velcro closure allows for a degree of customisation within the size range. Large belt loops allow the use of wide belts such as EDC, UTL® or Cobra®. Plus, the cut (dressed down from blue jeans, all to choose from) prevents the shorts from getting lost while being worn.

Judicious pocket placement can place gear close to the center mass, around the hips and waist. The edges of the front and back pockets are reinforced to resist the constant movement of light or knife clips. The two Velcro-closable front pockets are large enough to carry a smartphone - or even an AR/AK rifle magazine. The zippered thigh pockets look flat - but their design makes it easy to carry pouches or wallets. The wide range of colors allows you to match the shorts with the rest of your wardrobe or work environment.
