Meet the revolutionary AEMS collimator from HOLOSUN. With body dimensions of just 5.5 x 3.9 x 4.3 cm, it offers an extra-large screen size of 2.79 x 2.2 cm. The body of the collimator is made of very light and durable 7075 aluminum alloy and is treated with hard anodized finish.
The advanced solar technology with integrated rechargeable capacitor allows the solar panel to operate the collimatoreven in low light conditions. Of course, the automatic shutdown and wake-up technology is a standard feature.
What is sure to please everyone are the hingedFLIP-UP caps, which can be removed if necessary. The collimator comes standard with a lower 1/3 co-witness mount.
The sealed design of the collimator is by far the bestsolution for the harshest conditions. Water, mud or other debris can all be easily removed from the hinged caps thanks to the closed design. The second generation of HOLOSUN solar panels introduced with the AEMS model offers greater efficiency. In addition, the solar panel recharges an internal capacitor that is able to store energy and use it in case of insufficient light conditions. The solar panel also performs the function of automatically adjusting the collimator outline depending on the light conditions (Solar Panel Mode). In sufficient light conditions, the warp is powered purely from the solar panel. If the light conditions are not sufficient, the collimator automatically switches to a capacitor or a CR2032 battery. The solar panel mode can be switched off.
Each of the HOLOSUN collimators is equipped with control electronics with integrated memory storing the last settings before switching off.
Theauto shut-off function is factory set to 10 min. If the collimator is idle, it will automatically shut down. After the slightest movement, the collimator will automatically turn on to its original state before shutting down.
The collimator can beturned off manually, in this case the motion sensor will not be active.
The battery is concealed in the base of the collimator. No more obstructions in the form of large and bulky battery cases on the body of the collimator. The battery can be easily removed by unscrewing the two screws.
Holosun collimators find use on all types of firearms. They can be used from pistols, self-loading rifles, shotguns to hunting rifles of large caliber 9,5×73.
HOLOSUN collimatorsare compatible with night vision devices. For night vision use, the collimator is equipped with2intensity levels that are not visible to the human eye in a normal environment. These are the first to fourth brightness levels, which are compatible with NV.
The collimator isPicatinny/Weaver compatible.
Mount the AEMS model on the gun's mounting rail and attach using the fixed mount using the included T10 TORX wrench tool.
HOLOSUN collimators are designedwithout parallax. The shooter does not have to look in the axis of the scope when shooting, as when shooting with open sights. This advantage offers the shooterinstant readiness. Simply overlap the target with the warp and squeeze the trigger. This advantage is especially appreciated by hunters and tactical shooters.
The collimatorcan withstand 1000 G of recoil, which is equivalent to a 9.5×73 (.375 weatherby) calibre.
It is also perfect for hunting and sporting calibers including shotgun.
