Thanks to its 940 nm wavelength, it is absolutely invisible to wildlife and the human eye. The advantage of the illuminator is the infinitely adjustable power adjustment and the beam centering both horizontally and vertically.

The main advantages of the 940 laser illuminator are based on its physical properties, in particular the so-called coherence of the laser light:

- the focused beam of the illuminator (the illuminator has the possibility of zooming) does not expand in width with increasing distance as quickly as, for example, the focused beam of a diode illuminator - thanks to this, it is able to illuminate the observed object more brightly even at greater distances and thus ensure a high-quality display of the observed objects in night vision.

- the laser light does not suffer from such strong reflections in higher humidity (fog, rain - typical for autumn weather).
