The Mora 120 carving knife is designed for detailed woodworking. It has a carbon steel blade hardened to 59-60 HRC and a birch wood handle with the traditional barrel shape. The carbon steel holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen, but it is more prone to rust and patina, so the knife should be thoroughly dried after use.
