The Urban Tactical Shorts Flex 8.5''® retain the most important features of the standard, longer version of the UTS shorts, allowing the user to carry a relatively large amount of equipment. Cleverly placed pockets allow the equipment to be worn closer to the body's center of gravity - around the hips and waist. In addition, the edges of the front pockets are reinforced to better handle knife clips. Two Velcro pockets on the front of the thighs are ideal for carrying a phone, but can easily fit an AR/AK magazine. There are also cargo pockets with zippers on the thighs that can safely carry larger items. To allow you to move without restriction, the pants have elastic gussets in the back and crotch made of VersaStretch® stretch fabric.
